Shipping Policy
​If ordering a custom call, it may take several weeks to finish. Once the call is complete pictures and sound file will be sent for approval before shipping.
Shipping is conducted through USPS, a tracking number will be provided once the item/s have been shipped to your destination.
Return & Exchange Policy
​In the event that a call does not meet your requirements please contact me at michael@migrate-outdoors.com to discuss possible options to rectify the situation. Whether it be an exchange, return or retuning the call.

Customer Care
Here at Migrate Outdoors each call is individually poured into blanks then hand turned and tuned. Tuning is completed to my ear and there will be variations to sound between every call made. I stand by my calls and would not send you one that I would not hunt myself. If there is ever an issue with the call for its lifetime, please let me know and I can retune it or send you extra reeds and corks for you to use.
My goal is to provide you with a truly unique call that you have envisioned.
